How is it going, guys

My name is Andy, also known as you in Japanese. It has been almost a year since I wrote the last blog here. Many things have changed especially doing the unexpected vacation because of the effect of the coronavirus. Things like not being able to go to school, a significant decrease in our part-time shift, more importantly, we need to stay at home for a month beside going to the supermarket.

However, this is not the topic that I would like to talk about. The topic of today’s blog is how to deal with stress and to become motivated. It has come to my attention that acoustic guitar club members have trouble to deal with stress and being negative all the time. The right amount of negativity can help us to understand our weakness so that we can do something about that, but an excessive amount of negativity will not only affect ourselves, it may also affect others.

There are lots of ways to counter negativity such us playing sports, listen to music etc. For me playing video games with my friends and reading something inspirational helps me to duel with my stress so that I won’t be feeling negative all the time. Also, don’t try to do everything by yourself or think that you are the only one that can help yourself. Try to reach out to people like your friends, your family or someone who is willing to listen and solve your problems.  Sometimes you may even find out the talent that your friends had but you have never noticed.

What I am trying to say is that shit happens in ways that we don’t expect, but we still have to move on no matter what it is.  “The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!”  Quote from one of my favourite movie scenes.

  Stay strong my friends!

Next up a very kind girl who seems to be good at English or did she? Lol
